Common questions

What are the contract terms?

Managed services and retainers are offered on a 24-month agreement for the rates shown, or month-to-month at a higher rate. The 24-month term gives you the best price and our commitment to SLA-backed service. Month-to-month is available if you need flexibility; you can switch to a 24-month agreement later to lock in the lower rate. Early termination terms are in your agreement.

Can I combine a managed plan with retainer hours?

Yes, most clients do. Your managed plan covers day-to-day IT and security. Retainer hours cover consulting, AI, or development projects. They're billed separately on one invoice.

What counts as a "user"?

Anyone in your company who uses a computer, email, or business applications. We count people, not devices. If someone has a laptop and a phone, that's still one user.

Is there a minimum number of users?

Our managed plans start at 5 users. Below that, a retainer-only engagement is usually a better fit.

Why don't retainer hours roll over?

Because you're paying for active engagement, not a balance sheet. Fresh hours each month mean we're delivering value, not warehousing time. You'll see results every month, not a growing backlog you never use.

Can I change plans later?

Within your agreement term you can scale your managed plan as you hire or downsize, and change your retainer tier with 30 days notice. Plan and tier changes are handled without re-negotiation. Details for early termination or switching terms are in your agreement.

What if I need a one-time project, not a retainer?

We do project-based work too. Custom software and large implementations can be scoped and quoted as fixed-price projects. Contact us to discuss.
