I've run service delivery and technical operations for 30+ managed services clients across a range of industries. Cloud migrations, server virtualization, network upgrades, CRM and ERP rollouts — it all ties back to the client's goals, timeline, and budget.

I care about building teams that deliver. I hire, train, and manage technical staff around clear SOPs, SLAs, escalation paths, and quality standards. The 30th client should get the same experience as the first.

At Foreman I run the operational side: service delivery, onboarding, monitoring, compliance, and vendor relationships. When Adam builds a custom integration or AI workflow, I make sure it's supported, documented, and maintainable. Between us we cover custom software and day-to-day IT.

I've been writing production code for over twenty years — PHP and jQuery, then Rails, now React, Next.js, Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, Docker, AWS. I've shipped startup MVPs that raised millions and enterprise platforms serving hundreds of thousands of users.

AI is part of how I work every day. I use LLMs to write better code faster, prototype in hours instead of weeks, and build AI features into client products. That helps me tell real opportunity from hype when working with AEC firms.

I bring the builder side to Foreman: custom integrations between project management, estimating, and accounting; workflow automation that saves time; software that scales with your project load. When Scott spots an operational gap, I design and build the solution.
